Omega 3 fish oils contain Docosahexanoic
Acid and Eicosapentanoic Acid (DHA and EPA), the essential fats for
foetal and infant brain development.
A study in Norway supplemented pregnant women
with these essential fatty acids and their infants were later assessed
for intelligence and achievement
at ages 6 and 9 months and then again at age 4 years. (Other
